live guest portraits
Have an illustrator come and create on-the-spot portraits for your guests in ink and watercolor. Each portrait takes 4-5 minutes to complete and guests get to keep their portraits once completed. These are created on 9x6" high-quality watercolor paper and inserted into a clear plastic sleeve for protection. The option of having a custom event logo stamped on each paper is available for an additional cost.
Pricing
Pricing is dependent on how many hours I will be creating portraits at your event. See the listed hours and pricing below. Each base price includes the cost for supplies, labor, and travel up to 25 miles within Salt Lake City. Prices may increase depending on travel distance or other additions so please reach out for an accurate event quote.
2 hours - $750
3 hours - $1000
4 hours - $1250
5 hours - $1500
6 hours - $1750
Travel
Venues located more than 25 miles outside of Salt Lake City will be charged 50c per mile past the 25 mile radius and events that require a 3+ hour drive may be charged for overnight accommodations.
I am willing to travel to other states (or countries!). For out of state travel you may be quoted an additional fee to cover the cost of the flight to and from the event location, rental car or Uber, food while traveling, and overnight accommodations. Contact me to get a quote on how much travel to your event would cost.
Custom Stamp
Have the papers that each portrait will be created on be customized with a custom branded stamp for an additional $100 charge to your total cost. You can either send me a pre-made design that you would want to have on the papers or we can work together to create a custom design. View examples below for inspiration!

Portraits don't just have to be done live! I can create portraits from photos that can be used as gifts at your event or sent in a thank you card. In-studio portrait requests may take up to 2-3 weeks to be created and will be shipped to you once completed. Style, sizing, and any custom logos on the portraits can be customized.
Pricing
The total cost will depend on how many portraits you would like me to create and how many people are in each portrait. I charge $30 for every portrait of 1-2 people and charge an additional $5 for each additional person/pet that is added to the portrait. An additional charge will also be added for shipping.
